Myofunctional Therapy is a series of exercises focusing on the muscles of the tongue, lips, face and jaw, that influence proper position and tone.Weak muscles can lead to mouth breathing, snoring, sleep apnea,TMJ pain,improper face and jaw development, malocclusion, and swallowing dysfunction which can have a significant impact on overall health.
